Two Hands - Greenwood

This project marked the first Indiana location for the Two Hands Korean Corn Dog brand and was completed as a full tenant build-out by Oak & Stone Construction. The team transformed the space to meet the brand’s specific design and operational requirements, creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and customers.

The scope of work included all new under-slab mechanical systems, upgraded electrical service, and a complete interior build-out. Oak & Stone worked closely with the brand’s design team to ensure the space reflected Two Hands’ unique aesthetic and functional needs, coordinating every detail from layout to finish selection.

All custom fabrication and millwork were completed in-house, allowing Oak & Stone to deliver precise, brand-aligned elements throughout the space. This project highlights Oak & Stone Construction’s ability to support growing concepts entering new markets, providing a turnkey solution that balances design, functionality, and quality craftsmanship.
