Melt ‘n Dip - Carmel

This full tenant build-out marked the second location for the Melt n Dip franchise and was completed as a design-build project by Oak & Stone Construction. Managing both the design and construction, Oak & Stone worked closely with the franchise team to deliver an elevated space that builds on the brand’s identity while refining the concept for continued growth within Indiana.

The project scope included all new under-slab mechanical systems, extensive electrical service upgrades, and a complete interior build-out. Each phase was carefully coordinated to support the operational demands of a luxury dessert concept while maintaining efficiency, durability, and a high-end customer experience.

All interior finishes and millwork were designed and fabricated in-house by Oak & Stone Construction, allowing for full creative control and consistent execution throughout the space. This project further demonstrates Oak & Stone’s ability to partner with growing franchises, delivering polished, brand-aligned environments that translate seamlessly from one location to the next.
