Savvy Sliders

This project marked Savvy Sliders’ first Indiana location and was completed as a full-scale tenant remodel by Oak & Stone Construction. The existing building and previous tenant space were completely gutted to make way for a modern, high-functioning restaurant tailored to the brand’s operational needs. The goal was to deliver a space that supported efficient service while establishing a strong presence for Savvy Sliders’ entry into the Indiana market.

The scope of work included construction of a brand-new commercial kitchen, along with all new under-slab mechanical systems, electrical upgrades, hood exhaust systems, and a fully finished interior. Oak & Stone managed the project from demolition through final build-out.

To maximize the value of the existing site, new drive-through equipment was installed, enhancing the secondary use of the building’s original drive-through configuration. This project highlights Oak & Stone Construction’s expertise in adaptive reuse and restaurant build-outs, delivering efficient, market-ready spaces that help expanding brands launch successfully in new regions.
