Melt ‘n Dip - Fishers

Melt n Dip Fishers was the first Indiana location for the rapidly expanding Melt n Dip franchise. Oak & Stone Construction completed this luxury chocolate lounge as a full design-build project, working closely with the local franchisee to create a distinctive, high-impact space that would set the tone for future locations. As the brand’s debut in the state, the build was designed to make a bold first impression while supporting a refined customer experience.

The project involved a complete tenant remodel, including a total gut of the existing space. Scope of work included all new under-slab mechanical systems, an upgraded electrical service, and a full interior build-out with premium finishes throughout. Every phase of construction was carefully coordinated to meet both brand standards and the operational demands of a high-end food and beverage concept.

All millwork and custom fabrication were completed in-house by Oak & Stone Construction, allowing for precise detailing and consistent quality across the space. This project highlights Oak & Stone’s ability to partner with emerging franchises, delivering standout first-generation locations that are both visually compelling and built to scale as brands grow.
