Line Friends - Chicago

This project required Oak & Stone Construction to deliver an exceptionally fast-paced build-out for the first Line Friends store in Chicago. With a compressed timeline of just four weeks, the team was responsible for producing all shop drawings, millwork, and custom fabrication—along with complete installation. The project demanded a high level of coordination, accuracy, and responsiveness to meet the client’s launch schedule.

Due to the complexity of the interior design and the tight deadline, all millwork and fabricated interior finishes were prebuilt off-site. This approach allowed Oak & Stone to control quality, streamline production, and significantly reduce on-site installation time. Once materials were delivered, the team executed a rapid and efficient installation, ensuring every component aligned precisely with the design intent.
